What do you get to do in this position?
Workclosely with subject matter experts such strategic marketing managers andsegment marketing managers to understand target customers, market trends,solution / applications, competitive differentiators and business model.
Developsand implements dynamic digital MarCom plans and/or programs based on strategicbusiness objectives, customer insight, and local market trends to identify,acquire and convert new business as well as retain existing customers.
Monitorthe effectiveness of the plan through available analytics and accepted metricswith regular reports to business marketing leader and leadership team.
Definingand executing a demand generation blueprint for segments/applications includingtactics such as:
Collateral & Asset development
Press Relations
Social Media
Digital Media
SEM/SEO
Email Marketing / Nurturing
Events
Video
Communicateand coordinate with internal / external vendors such as PR, Creative, Eventsand SEM
Manageplan/programs to budget, and based on ROI outcome drive spending optimization.

EDUCATION:
Bachelordegree from in Marketing, Communications or business related degree
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
5 years experience in multi-national organization
2 years experience with Marketo or equivalent platform highly desired
Experiencewithin electrical or data center industry preferred
Campaignmanagement and demand generation experience is required
Mustbe innovative, creative and collaborative
Strongknowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media
Stronganalytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive programdevelopment
Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Stronginter-personal and influence skills
Demonstratedability managing multiple projects with conflicting deadlines simultaneously
Highdegree of initiative and pro-active approach
Abilityto work well with multi-functional teams
Meticulousattention to detail
Passionateabout on-going learning as it pertains to marketing and customers, and abilityto apply that learning
Proficientin Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel &PPT
